Saw a neighbour having the same repair as I needed. Asked NIck if he could fix mine, and agreed the price. He needed to go and buy a matchihg ridge tile but was back in minutes and swiftly solved the problem. Nick and his team did a fantastic job and provided a prompt and professional service. Nick quickly identified the problem (which others had missed), explained what was required and resolved it. He and his team, which includes his very nice and incredibly polite sons, are hardworking, efficient and trustworthy. They also very kindly replaced guttering which was needed and even cleaned the Velux windows before going and ensured that everything was tidy at the end of each day and at the end of the work. Highly recommend.

We had a small leak from the roof that was slowly causing enough damage to ruin the plaster on the bedroom wall. The leak is very difficult to locate due to it's size. The guys have repaired the roof and made no quibbles about returning when we still had a problem during recent heavy rain. Nick left asking us to call him if we still have issues and would happy to come straight back. Great service and no complaints.

Nick attended my house promptly in an emergency and quickly determined that leaks in a ceiling were a plumbing issue rather than a roofing issue.He was incredibly helpful and offered to help deal with the issue which hedid by cutting some holes in the roof and locating the source of the leak.He then phoned an emergency plumber who also arrived promptly to fix the problem. I am extremely grateful to Nick who literally "saved the day" and helped avert a potential disaster. He was very professional, friendly and went "above and beyond" in my hour of need. Nick and his team did a brilliant job replacing the roof on the side extension with Eternit slates and installing a rather large solar Velux window. They also capped our two chimney pots. We were so happy with the work that we asked Nick to go ahead and re-do a lower roof, also with Eternit slates. They also ended up re-pointing old brickwork next to the roof that divides our house from our neighbour's. The end result is no more leaks and no more moss growing on the roof and falling onto our conservatory roof. Nick and his team were very easy to deal with and worked very methodically and with good humour. We are very pleased with their work.

Excellent service. Nick came to look at a small leak on a tiled roof that has been plaguing us for years. We have had 3-4 other roofers take a look, but the leak was never fixed. Nick correctly diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes without even having to lift a tile. Leak is gone. Recommended.

I was very impressed with Consolidtaed Roofing works. The team are very professinal and arrive on time at the site. Nick thoroughly explained the stages of works that they would be carrrying out. They cleaned and left the site tidy every evening. The team are very friendly and polite, they worked tiredlessly throughout the days. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them to carry out, they even did small additional works that I requested at no extra charge. I can’t recommend Nick and his team highly enough. We have experienced some pretty shocking things with previous builders and other trades people, but Nick restored my faith that some people out there are genuine, honest and brilliant at what they do. The quality of the work in terms of flat roofing, installing Velux windows, fascia and gutter work, lead work was all of the highest quality, competitively priced and done in good time. I’m not really sure why you would want anyone else to do your roof. Good banter too!
